Pari Kolekar is a women vendor from Palghar District in Maharashtra. She runs a food truck business (one of it’s kind in their district, Palghar) wherein because her truck is equipped with a DD Solar sold solar refrigerator, she sells products like cold drinks, icecreams, poultry items, fish apart from vadapao and dabeli. She now gets a lot of event catering orders to fulfil.
