The physical targets under the national biogas and organic manure programme (NNBOMP) after coming into effect of its guidelines w.e.f 1.04.2018 would be covered by these guidelines of the year 2018-19 and 2019-20 until further notice.

These Guidelines lays down basis for testing set up and testing procedures for Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) water pumping system. The SPV water pumping system covered are centrifugal pumps of all types up to 10 HP capacity.

The subject mentioned scheme BPGTP is a modified new scheme of Biogas based Power Generation Programme after its continuation beyond 12th Five Year Plan, as Biogas Power Generation and Thermal application Programme and will be implemented according to these guidelines and other provisions contained in this Administrative Sanction-cum- guidelines of the scheme BPGTP
